Cook Basic - Level 1:
Learn the fundamentals of cooking as a career.

Cook Advanced - Level II:
Learn advanced cooking techniques and restaurant management.

Personal Chef Diploma:
In just five weeks, we'll help you become a personal chef running your own business.

Chef de Cuisine
Learn both the fundamentals of cooking and the advanced techniques of professional chefs. This program is eligible for Second Career training.

Specialist Chef
Learn the fundamentals of cooking and combine it with what you need to know to become a professional personal chef. This program is eligible for Second Career funding.

Culinary Management
Learn both the fundamentals of cooking and the advanced techniques of professional chefs. Then combine it with what you need to know to become a professional personal chef. This program is eligible for Second Career funding.
