 Prerequisites
The standard entrance requirement for our diploma programs is a grade 12 diploma or its equivalent.
Applicants who do not have a grade 12 diploma and who have not attended school for one year or more may apply as mature students. In these instances, applicants may be required to write an admissions test to assess eligibility for their chosen program.
Requirements
All applicants must complete an application form and participate in an interview with our Admissions Officer.
Student Capacity
Class sizes are capped at 16 students, ensuring that students receive close attention in the kitchen and classroom.
